Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
AllMail.one is built with privacy as a core principle. We collect the minimum data required to operate the service and nothing more.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the service:
- •Email address — used as your account identifier. Required to log in and receive service notifications.
- •Payment transaction IDs — blockchain transaction hashes used to verify and record payments. We do not store wallet addresses unless provided by the payment processor as part of the transaction record.
- •Incoming email metadata — sender, recipient, subject, and timestamps, stored temporarily for service operation.
2. No KYC — No Identity Verification
We do not collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information beyond an email address. We do not require your name, phone number, government-issued ID, address, or date of birth. There is no identity verification process.
3. Email Retention
Emails received through your catch-all inbox are stored on our servers for a maximum of 14 days. After this period, emails are permanently and automatically deleted. This deletion is automated — no human intervention is required or performed. We do not archive, analyze, or sell email content.
4. Automated Monitoring
DNSBL (DNS-Based Blackhole List) monitoring is performed automatically by our systems. No employee or contractor reads, reviews, or has access to the content of your emails. All monitoring is limited to domain-level metadata (domain names against public blacklist databases).
5. Payments
Payments are processed through SHKeeper, a self-hosted open-source cryptocurrency payment processor that we operate ourselves. We do not use any third-party payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Coinbase Commerce). Your payment data does not leave our infrastructure.
6. Cookies
We use only technically necessary session cookies for authentication and security purposes. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
7. Data Storage and Location
All data is stored on our VPS infrastructure located in the European Union. We do not transfer your data to third countries outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.
8. Third-Party Services
We do not share your personal data with any third parties except as required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. The only external service we query is public DNSBL databases, which receive only domain names — no personal information.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- •Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- •Request deletion of your account and associated data
- •Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@allmail.one.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
