About AllMail.one

AllMail.one is a catch-all email service for people who run SEO and account-registration software such as GSA Search Engine Ranker, RankerX and XRumer. Those tools invent a new address for every account they create and then read a mailbox to confirm it. We provide the domain that makes every invented address real, and the mailbox the tool reads.

What we run

Catch-all domains

Every plan gives you a domain, or a subdomain on the entry plan, where any address you make up is delivered to one mailbox. Domains are registered and their DNS records (MX, A, SPF, DMARC) are set up automatically when a subscription is activated.

Our own mail servers

Mail for customer domains is received by our own servers and stored in a mailbox you read over POP3 on port 995 or IMAP on port 993 with SSL, at mail.allmail.one. A webhook API can push each new message to your endpoint as JSON.

Monitoring

Domains are checked against DNS blocklists (DNSBL) on a schedule. On Standard and Premium plans we replace a domain that gets listed.

Retention

Mail older than 14 days is deleted automatically. The service is built to receive confirmation emails, not to archive mail.

Payment

Balance top-ups are paid in USDT or USDC on TRC-20, BEP-20 or Polygon. There is no identity check: you sign up with an email address. The subdomain plan has a free 3-day trial.

What we do not do

  • We do not send email from customer domains. The service only receives.
  • We do not sell or resell email accounts. You rent a catch-all domain and read its mailbox.
  • Domains are leased for the period you pay for, not sold. Ownership stays with us, as the Terms of Service explain.

Who writes the blog

Articles on the AllMail blog are written by the AllMail Team: the people who operate the service and its mail servers. When an article describes another provider's settings, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Cloudflare, the steps are checked against that provider's official documentation and the article states the date of the check. When a provider changes its interface, we update the article and its date.

Rules

Use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service, including the acceptable use rules: no spam sent from our infrastructure, no phishing or fraud, no malware, nothing illegal. Accounts that break them are closed. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Contact

Customers reach us through support tickets in the dashboard. Everyone else, including abuse reports, can write to support@allmail.one. More options are on the contact page.
