Catch-All Email Services Compared (2026)
Prices, payment methods and provisioning models for the catch-all email providers — often searched as a catchall email service — serving GSA SER and other link-building tools. Every figure below was read off the vendor's own site on 24 August 2026 — where something was not observable, we say so instead of guessing.
The comparison table
Note the different units — one row is a software licence, not a hosted service.
| Service | Price | Payment | Sign-up | Notes | Status (Aug 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AllMail.one This site | $0.49 – $6.29 / mo per domain | USDT / USDC (crypto only), no KYC | Self-serve, instant | 14-day email retention, POP3/IMAP, API + webhooks, DNSBL monitoring | Live |
| SER Titans (sertitanmails.com) | $5 / mo (1 catch-all) → $55 / mo (20) | PayPal + BTC | Account registration on site | Tiered by catch-all count: 1 / 3 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 20. Marketing aimed at GSA SER, RankerX, Xrumer, SE Autopilot | Live |
| WebMailHostings | $9.25 / mo (SEO Tools Catchall); $2.99 / mo shared plan | PayPal / Binance | Contact form, not self-serve | SEO plan covers 1 catch-all, 3 subdomains, 1 root domain. Inbox auto-cleanup after 5 days. Separate landing pages per tool | Live |
| CatchE (gsaserlists.com) | $99 one-time licence + $9 – $12 / mo hosting | Crypto accepted | Software licence + hosting | Software, not a hosted service. FreshMail Auto-Updater swaps emails inside GSA SER projects. 200 MB, 600-subdomain cap, licence tied to one device | Live |
| SEOSpartans | Not observable | Not observable | — | Site returned an HTTP 522 (origin unreachable) on repeated checks | Unreachable |
| CatchAllBoxes | Not observable | Not observable | — | Domain did not resolve (apex and www) | Offline |
Prices are the vendors' published figures as of 24 August 2026 and may have changed since. "Not observable" means the site did not serve us a page from which the figure could be read.
How to choose
Six things that decide whether a catchall email service works for automated link building. In roughly the order they tend to bite.
Price per domain, not price per plan
Plans in this niche are quoted in wildly different units — per catch-all, per mailbox, per bundle, or per software licence. Normalise everything to what one working catch-all domain costs you per month before comparing anything else.
Retention window
How long a received message stays before it is purged. Short windows keep storage cheap but punish you if a verification link arrives while a run is paused. AllMail.one keeps mail for 14 days; WebMailHostings documents auto-cleanup after 5 days.
Replacement policy
Domains land on DNSBLs. What matters is whether replacement is automatic, discretionary, or absent — and whether it costs extra. Ask before you buy, not after your registrations start failing.
Payment privacy
PayPal and card payments attach a legal identity to the purchase and can be reversed or held during a dispute. Crypto payment removes that linkage. Every service checked in August 2026 except AllMail.one required PayPal or a similar identity-backed rail for at least one payment path.
Self-service vs. ticket queue
Some providers still take orders through a contact form and provision by hand. That is fine at one domain and painful at ten. If you expect to scale or rotate domains, self-serve provisioning and an API are the difference between minutes and days.
Whether the site is still standing
This niche has a real attrition problem. Two of the historically best-known brands were not serving traffic when we checked in August 2026. Load the vendor page yourself before sending money.
The providers, one by one
SER Titans (sertitanmails.com)
A conventional subscription service positioned squarely at SEO automation — the site names GSA SER, RankerX, SE Autopilot and Xrumer. Pricing is a clean ladder by catch-all count: $5/mo for one, rising through $14, $23, $30 and $45 to $55/mo for twenty. Payment is PayPal or BTC. The site is a small brochure — sign-up, about and contact, with no blog, FAQ or documentation — and its sitemap had not been updated for some time when we checked. If you think in "how many catch-alls do I need", their tier structure is the easiest in the niche to read.
WebMailHostings
The longest-running operator we found, and the one with the most thorough on-page content: separate landing pages for GSA SER, RankerX, Xrumer and Money Robot, each running to around a thousand words. The SEO Tools Catchall plan is $9.25/mo and covers one catch-all, three subdomains and one root domain; a cheaper $2.99/mo shared plan exists for lighter use. Payment is PayPal or Binance. Two practical caveats: inboxes are auto-cleaned after 5 days, and ordering runs through a contact form rather than self-serve checkout, so provisioning is not instant.
CatchE (gsaserlists.com)
The odd one out: CatchE is software you licence, not a service you subscribe to. The Catchall Email Creator/Manager costs $99 one-time, plus $9–$12/mo for hosting with 200 MB of storage and a 600-subdomain limit. It accepts crypto. Its standout feature is the FreshMail Auto-Updater, which rewrites the email addresses inside your GSA SER projects automatically — genuinely useful and not something the subscription services offer. The trade-offs are the $108 first payment, a licence tied to a single device, and a three-day refund window.
SEOSpartans and CatchAllBoxes
Both were well-known names in this niche and both were unavailable when we checked on 24 August 2026. SEOSpartans returned HTTP 522 — Cloudflare reporting that it could not reach the origin server — on repeated attempts. CatchAllBoxes did not resolve in DNS at all, on either the apex domain or the www subdomain. We are reporting what the network returned to us on that date and nothing more: we have no information about why, and either could be back by the time you read this. Check for yourself before drawing conclusions.
AllMail.one
Ours, so read it with that in mind. Pricing runs $0.49/mo for a shared subdomain, $3.59/mo for a dedicated .xyz, $4.49/mo for .one and $6.29/mo for .com, billed from a prepaid balance. Payment is USDT or USDC only, with no KYC — no other provider we checked offers a crypto-only, identity-free path. Mail is retained for 14 days, longer than the 5-day cleanup documented by WebMailHostings. Sign-up and provisioning are self-serve and take minutes, and higher tiers include DNSBL monitoring, an API, webhooks and automatic domain rotation. Full pricing is here.
Looking for a SEOSpartans or CatchAllBoxes alternative?
If you arrived here because one of those sites would not load for you either, the observable facts are simple. As of 24 August 2026, seospartans.com returned HTTP 522 on repeated checks and catchallboxes.com did not resolve in DNS. We do not know the reason and we are not going to speculate about one. What we can help with is the practical question underneath: you need working catch-all inboxes, and you need them now.
We keep a dedicated page for each of those brands, covering exactly what we observed on that date and what a replacement has to cover:
- SEOSpartans alternative — HTTP 522 on repeated checks, August 2026
- SEOEmails alternative — HTTP 522, August 2026
- CatchAllBoxes alternative — did not resolve in DNS, August 2026
When you evaluate a replacement, the checks worth running are the ones a stalled provider makes obvious in hindsight:
AllMail.one sign-up and domain provisioning are self-serve. DNS is configured automatically when a subscription activates — no ticket, no waiting on a human.
Billing periods run from one month upward, so you can start at a single month — or at $0.49 on the subdomain plan — instead of committing a year up front. Note that crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain, which is exactly why short first commitments are the sensible move with any provider.
An API and webhooks are available on the dedicated-domain plans, so your tooling can read state rather than depending on a dashboard staying online.
DNSBL monitoring runs continuously and alerts in the dashboard. Automatic domain rotation is included on Standard .one and Premium .com; on other plans, replacement is handled by support.
14 days of retention, which is longer than the 5-day window documented by WebMailHostings.
When we are not the best fit
If what you actually want is a one-time bulk pack of email addresses rather than a domain you control, that is a different product category and we do not sell it. Asia Virtual Solutions, for example, sells GSA SER email packs outright — subdomain packs run from $4 for 50 addresses to $475 for 10,000, with root-domain packs from $10 to $1,160 — with no recurring subscription and no domain of your own. For a single campaign with a defined end date, buying a pack and being done can be the cheaper and simpler call.
Similarly, if the feature you are really shopping for is automatic email replacement inside your GSA SER project files, CatchE's FreshMail Auto-Updater does that specific job as a first-class feature and we do not ship an equivalent turnkey integration — we expose an API and webhooks, which is a different amount of work for you.
And if you are running a handful of low-volume projects and are comfortable wiring up a domain and mail routing yourself, a DIY setup costs you the price of a domain and some configuration time. It does not scale gracefully and self-managed domains tend to hit blacklists without warning, but for small volumes it is a legitimate answer.
Where we are the right call: recurring link-building work, domains you want to keep clean and rotate, payment that is not attached to your identity, and provisioning that does not route through a support queue.
The cheapest working option in the table starts at $0.49
Self-serve sign-up, crypto payment, no KYC, 14-day retention. Start on one month and judge it yourself.
