What each feature actually changes

Human-readable domain names, free on every plan
Signup antifraud judges the shape of an address long before it queries any blacklist. Pattern checks are cheap, so they run first: a domain like mx4tntivrx.xyz is rejected on sight, while a spotless spam score is never consulted at all. This is the failure mode nobody debugs, because the error message never mentions the domain. Every domain we provision reads like a small business instead: hartvane.com, cloverbrook.one, assembled from surname and place-name roots, always pronounceable. Subdomain plans get the same treatment, and a readable name costs exactly what a random one costs.
DNSBL monitoring with weighted scoring
Every domain in our pool is re-checked hourly against the domain-based blacklists that actually matter for email: Spamhaus DBL, SURBL and URIBL. The result is not a yes/no flag but a weighted score, because a listing on one aggressive list is not the same as a listing on three authoritative ones, and treating them identically produces alerts you quickly learn to ignore. Your dashboard shows the current score and status per domain, so a reputation slide becomes visible while it is still cheap to act on.
“Passes signup forms”, a different question from “is it blacklisted”
Registration forms rarely consult DNSBL. What they check is a public list of disposable and temporary email domains, and a domain on that list is refused even with a perfect spam score. Since our customers buy a domain precisely so that the address gets accepted, we check every domain and its MX host against those public lists as well and show the verdict in the dashboard as a separate status. For anyone registering accounts at volume, it is the more useful of the two checks.
DNS you never have to touch
When a subscription activates, the A, MX, SPF and DMARC records are written through the registrar API automatically and the catch-all route is configured on the mail server at the same time. There is no DNS panel to open and no propagation guesswork: the dashboard marks the domain as propagating until the records resolve, then flips it to ready. It is also why replacing a domain is fast: the whole provisioning path is automated, so a fresh domain is live minutes after you order it.
The limits, stated plainly
Received mail is kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically during the nightly cleanup at 02:00 UTC. Verification flows read and delete messages within minutes, so two weeks is far more than any link builder needs, and automatic cleanup is what keeps the mailbox fast after a hundred thousand registrations. You can hold up to 10 IMAP sessions open at once per account. The service is receive-only: mail arrives on port 25 and leaves over POP3 or IMAP, with no outbound SMTP, which is also why our domains never build a sending reputation.
