Copy the mail credentials from your dashboard
Open the domain in the client dashboard. Everything you need is listed there once the domain is live: host, ports, the mailbox address that doubles as the login, and the password. Copy them exactly — the login is the full address including the domain, which is the single most common thing people get wrong.

Open the email settings in RankerX
Find the section where RankerX stores the email accounts it uses for verification. It keeps a list you can add to, and the same list is reused by the campaigns you run — so one entry is enough to serve everything, unless you deliberately want to separate campaigns.

Add a POP3 account with SSL
Add a new email account and fill in mail.allmail.one as the incoming server, port 995 with SSL enabled, the mailbox address from the dashboard as the username, and its password. If your build only exposes plain POP3, port 110 works too, but prefer SSL. IMAP on 993 is available if you would rather leave messages on the server and read them from a desktop client as well.

Tell RankerX to randomise the address
Configure the account so RankerX generates a fresh local part per registration on your domain instead of reusing one fixed address. Anything before the @ is accepted, so a random string is fine — and randomising is the entire reason to have a catch-all. A readable prefix per campaign works equally well if you like being able to trace things.

Test the connection before you queue anything
Use the test or check button next to the account. A green result means the credentials, port and SSL flag all agree. If it fails, the two usual causes are a username entered without the domain part and a port that does not match the SSL setting — verify both against the dashboard before touching anything else.

Enable deletion after verification
Turn on the option that removes messages once they have been processed. Each polling cycle stays fast and the mailbox stays small. Anything the tool leaves behind is deleted automatically after 14 days, so the mailbox never needs manual maintenance.
